At Rinnovate, we believe that exceptional teachers change lives and transform communities. Our vision is to fundamentally reshape education by identifying world-class educators, empowering them with the skills and support they need to thrive, and connecting them with schools where they can make a lasting impact. We’re solving the UK’s teacher recruitment crisis whilst creating a global ripple effect – supporting teacher training and professional development in our educators’ home countries, lifting communities out of poverty, and raising educational standards on both sides of the world. This is more than recruitment; this is a movement to Re-(i)nnovate education and ensure every child has access to an exceptional teacher who believes in their potential.

Betty Johnson
My educational journey started in Ghana 24 years ago and I migrated to the United Kingdom. For the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of working and serving in different capacities as classroom teacher, teaching and Learning consultant, Associate Vice Principal, Vice Principal and Headteacher of a two-form entry school in inner London.
Jonathan Kwamegah
I worked in education for over a decade sharing my knowledge with students in French, Business and Computing from KS3 to KS5. I’ve managed groups of teachers and middle leaders focusing on improving the quality of education as well as student’s career development.

Tabitha Owusu
I migrated from Ghana in 2008 after completing Bachelors in Education Science. Since then, I have had the experience of teaching all three Science at KS3 to 4 and Chemistry at KS5. I have also led various role in middle and senior leadership in one of the largest Academy Trust.
With my experience of recruiting highly skilled science teacher over the years, I am fully aware of what employers are looking.
