What additional support do you provide?

We recognise that not everyone is familiar with sourcing an overseas teacher. To make things easier for you, one of our consultants can also guide you through the Certificate of Sponsorship Application.

Where do you overseas teacher come from?

Though our overseas teacher primarily come from Ghana, we sometimes get candidates from other countries such as India, Nigeria and Jamaica.

How can do you ensure that the teacher is a right fit for our school?

 We conduct a rigorous screening process, including verifying qualifications, references, safeguarding checks, and ensuring candidates align with your specific requirements. 

What safeguarding and compliance checks do you perform on candidates?

 All candidates undergo enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, police clearance from their home country, and are registered on the DBS Update Service where applicable. 

How long does the recruitment process typically take?

 Depending on the role and requirements, the process can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for local candidates and 4 to 12 weeks for international hires. 

What is included in your recruitment services?

 Our services include candidate sourcing, shortlisting, compliance checks, interview coordination, onboarding support, and ongoing follow-up to ensure satisfaction. 

What is your fee structure for recruitment services?

 Our fees are competitive and depend on the nature of the role (temporary, permanent, or part-time). We can provide a detailed fee structure upon request.
