How long does the recruitment process take?
The length of the recruitment varies. This is dependent on the recruitment needs here in the UK.
Will you help me with the sponsorship process
Yes. We will guide you through the entire sponsorship process, including helping you gather the required documents, completing application forms, and understanding the steps involved. Our team will ensure you meet all Home Office requirements and provide support throughout the process.
What happens when I arrive in the UK?
When you arrive, you will be welcomed and taken to your accommodation. Within the first few days, we will:

Help you settle in and understand your surroundings

Support you in setting up a UK bank account and getting a SIM card

Guide you through your induction and initial training (if required)

Introduce you to your employer and explain your work schedule

Provide information about local services, transport, and shopping
You won’t be left alone — we’ll support you every step of the way.
Will I have a point of contact if I need help after I arrive?
Yes. You will be assigned a dedicated contact person in the UK who will be available to support you with any questions or issues. Whether it’s a work-related matter, accommodation concern, or general help with settling in, our team is here to assist you. You will also be part of a community of other candidates for additional peer support.
