Simply put, we aren’t a conventional recruitment agency. We don’t just see teachers as a resource but rather as assets and catalysts to improve education in the communities they come from.

We aim to change the landscape of education in the countries we operate in and we believe that each teacher that leaves their community and family to teach in the UK  can support this vision. Not only do we provide teachers to fill the teaching gaps in the uk it is also important that we help each country with their challenges concerning teacher training and poverty alleviation.
